"Our Coventry bed, full size, matte black finish, arrived on Saturday. Just as promised with the white glove delivery, they let us know it was coming on Saturday, then they called on Friday to say they would be there sometime between 8 am and noon. Then, as promised, they called 1/2 hour before the arrival. So, we got a call at 7:30 a.m. and exactly at 8:00 am they pulled up. They unloaded the bed, put it together, helped with the boxsprings and mattress and left, all in about 24 minutes. What delivery service! The two guys were courteous and professional, downright nice guys.
We love the bed. It is really good lookin'. In a small bedroom, the simple framing doesn't make the bed overwhelming in the room. It has an airy look about it. With my dust ruffle choice, bedding and pillows, it is really cute and country looking.
Your customer service rep...oh me...can't think of his name...is really nice over the phone. You can hear his smile at the other end. Just wanted to let you know that the whole "buying the bed experience" from you all was really great."

"My bed was delivered last night and I was so excited I tore my old bed apart and put my new king size Coventry frame together ALL BY MY 5' 130lb SELF! ha ha ha I love it! When I make it up with my lovely bandana printed Pine Cone Hill bedding, I'll email you a picture - it's going to be beautiful, I can't wait : ) THANK YOU for making such a lovely product!
